Shipping & Returns
We are happy to offer free shipping on most items anywhere in the United States.
We offer international shipping as well. Pricing is based on insurance amount and delivery destination. The recipient will be responsible for all taxes and/or duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the item is being shipped. All orders will require an adult signature.
Everything we ship is completely insured either through USPS or our third party insurance company. In store pick up is also available. We do our very best to ship everything within 24 hours of the order being placed. USPS delivery time will depend on your location. For priority mail, you can expect 2-3 business days for delivery. Priority Express Mail takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us at (303) 440-0323or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss alternative or faster methods of shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us at (303) 440-0323, or email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that is returned after that time. It must be in the same condition as when purchased and with all the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage on a return shipment, so we recommend you insure all items for their full value. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase minus any shipping charges.
Any item purchased during the month of December may be returned or exchanged no later than January 5th.
Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require full payment at time of order. Sale purchases are also final.
